History of the Space: This is a community space for artistic expression and healing in North City (Shoreline, WA). The Loft has offered a co-working studio and event space since 2018. The main room is 500 square feet of bright studio space with large north- and east-facing windows. There is a 240 square feet backroom with a private restroom, utility sink, small fridge, microwave, and floor-to-ceiling chalkboard. Neighborhood Details: North City is a neighborhood in Shoreline, WA, located north of Seattle. Quaint neighborhood vibes, an eclectic mix of local eateries, and a grocery store two blocks away. Located between Lake Washington and Puget Sound, a quick drive to beautiful scenery and local parks. Rent the Studio: The Loft has hosted a variety of workshops and events, including a yoga retreat, a paint and sip night, self-care retreats, art & craft classes, makers markets, pop-up shops, birthday parties, bridal showers, and even a wedding. The possibilities are endless.
