MCM Designer home with big windows near UO

Birch Terrace's main use is as a vacation rental and the rooms were designed for guests to experience something different... vs. just a traditional house. The house would be perfect for filming projects due to the amount of natural light coming through the huge windows, and two decks on the back of the house. The design of the different rooms could also provide a good backdrop. Pornography is strictly prohibited. Another great use would be for group meetings/retreats. It is just up the road from UO (you can walk to campus). Our lower level has a sectional and chairs that could easily seat 10-12 people and there is a projector and screen built into the room. There is also a working wood burning fireplace and a movie popcorn machine. There are also 3 desks with chairs for anyone to work on, as well as 2 dining tables inside, and 2 dining tables outside. The covered area off the deck also fits 10-12 people around the propane fire pit. I would say that the only thing that might not work well in this house is anything to do with cooking... only because it's not a "high-end" kitchen. It is totally renovated but the appliances are not the best.
