Perfect for parties, weddings, baby showers, prom send offs, family reunions and fashion shows. The lobby has lots of natural light and is equipped with elegant and modern furnishings and a TV screen. The main room is a 2000 square foot large space without any poles. The walls and ceiling are plain white easy to fit any decorations. The main room is equipped with blue tooth speakers and audio jack for your music needs. The room can be divided with a heavy burgundy velvet curtain or kept as one open space. One wall has wall to wall large mirrors. The back room has a small kitchen, fridge, sink, dressing room, utilities closet and one unisex bathroom. The back door to the facility makes set up easy. We can provide up to eight 6 ft tables, 20 chairs. We also have three white round tables with 6 soft grey chairs. And other 2 side tables and 4 grey soft side chairs. Our brand new eating and cooling unit is controlled by nest and our location can be accessed via electronically provided code. Free wifi!
