Our space has operated as a shop downtown Excelsior since 2015 with the addition of a small event space called Workshop in 2016. When Covid hit and small events were put on hold, the upper level of our space (the former Workshop space) was converted into more retail and a place to process online orders. We loved expanding the shop, but dearly missed having a beautiful space for photos and small events, so we started dreaming. Our space was built as a mother-in-law apartment but functions as a photo studio with soaring ceilings and attention to detail. This space is perfect for family photos, product photos, cooking blogs, and GRWM TikToks alike! The kitchen boasts stunning Calacatta Viola marble and a Wolf range while the bathroom features a beautiful soaking tub and arched tiled shower. Every light fixture, paint color, and wallpaper pattern was selected specifically to create both light and minimal spaces and the option for unique eye-catching aesthetic moments. Our space is stocked with hand-selected vintage home goods, furniture, rugs, and art. Whatever is in rotation in the space during your rental period can be utilized for your photos or content with discussion ahead of time and proper credit if applicable.
