Small kitchen with sink, microwave, and beverage fridge and eating area attached. Full bathroom down the hallway along with a separate room for hair/ makeup/ changing area. Lots of photo studio equipment such as stands and grip available. Space is good for: 1. Smaller photo shoots 2. Headshot sessions 3. Product photography 4. Self-tape and video auditions 5. Virtual class recording space
