With a stunning pool at its heart, the backyard offers a serene and tranquil ambiance that will enhance your visual content. The patio area is designed for tranquility and versatility, featuring a tub for unique compositions and a dreamy white bed with Bali-style curtains. This setting is ideal for fashion shoots, lifestyle content, commercial productions, and more. Please note that only the outdoor patio is available for booking. The interior of the house is strictly off limits and is not included in the rental. For your convenience, we provide: - One restroom available for guests. - A shaded outdoor table that can be used for hair and makeup. Lots of décor is provided to enhance the experience. We are open to different hours, but there is a 3-hour minimum booking requirement. Bookings under 3 hours may be accommodated with an additional $150 setup fee. Please check the weather before your photoshoot. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day rescheduling incurs a $150 fee. This policy helps us maintain our schedule and service quality. Pool maintenance takes place every Thursday at 7:00 AM. Weekend rates are $350 per hour.
