Mid Century Modern Stylish Home by the Sea

This is a 1968 Mid-Century Modern gem designed by Simpson & Gerber architects. It won the AIA Homes For Better Living Award in 1970. I purchased the home from the original owners, and did a complete remodel inside and out, trying to modernize the home while keeping its mid-century roots. The space has great natural light and is perfectly staged for your photo shoot and filming projects. The home is close to the beach and Torrey Pines preserve. You can walk to several restaurants and a convenience store. There are 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, kitchen, breakfast nook, dining room, living room, tv room/den. The master and 2 kids' rooms are upstairs and the guest room is downstairs. There are 2 parking spaces in the driveway and there is usually street parking (one side only).
