This listing is just a studio rental but we offer in-house equipment including 4K video and photo cameras, quality audio recording, and lighting. You will also have access to our lobby, and our kitchen areas, where we have self-serve coffee machines, full size refrigerator, microwaves, sinks, tables, chairs and more. The office is non-smoking and pet free. Office is handicap accessible. Restrooms are located near the conference room.
