We encourage pre booking tours for those with specific audio needs to assess the spaces suitability.We will not ask other Tenants in the building to stop their business for any recordings.The Studio is usually fairly quiet (during the week).If you need continuous, uninterrupted sound we recommend a sound stage for such needs. Renter assumes all risk for productions requiring audio recording. *CYC WALL COMES AS IS- We usually keep the Cyc wall floor fairly clean but it is not guaranteed. If you need a fresh painted floor : (Check ad ons if you need freshly painted CYC - Only available for morning & Half/Full Day bookings to guarantee that its fresh.
