A separate ADU functioning as a photo/film/and music studio. Sets for photoshoots/filming/live sessions can be created in our spacious live room, outdoor pool + jacuzzi and large backyard. This is also the perfect intimate location to host listening parties or events. We have everything in the studio to make the experience as comfortable, efficient, and private as needed, including fast assistance, client controlled A/C, and a full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge, and bathroom + shower. We also have multiple professional lights, backdrops, and gear, plus studio tracklights and LEDs. Plenty of natural light from two large windows with a view towards the garden and pool, when removing the blackout window plugs. Lots of easy parking in a peaceful neighborhood.
