My home has a wonderful and welcoming flair to it. The family room is very large (18’x20’) and has a lot of openness. The kitchen is a walk through and is adjacent to the family room. Three bedrooms and two baths. Large dining room with open space from the front door to the back. Lovely screened in porch. Lots of room to move around.
When my son was young we were on set a lot, so I feel confident my home will meet all your requirements.
