The second floor is the main living space with an open concept living room, large kitchen, dining area, office den and patio with lake views. The townhome is set up as a live-work space. We have plans to open up our third floor for use of the bedrooms and bathrooms and stunning lake views as a back drop, the space could potentially be accessed prior to us having photos listed, if this is something you are interested in please inquire for more details.
The townhome is south facing and gets lots of natural light. The second floor (main area) has 10 large windows on three (3) sides of the room ranging from southeast facing to northwest facing. There are blinds on every window and large double-layered drapes on the six (6) largest windows to manage sunlight on most windows. The light in the space is beautiful from sunrise to sunset and can be used creatively in several ways from using backdrops, playing with the blinds and shadows, to simply using the natural light coming through the windows.

The complex is a family neighbourhood, with lots of parking available. There is driveway access for loading/unloading equipment through the front door if needed. the driveway is short and it would be best to park elsewhere after unloading.
