Welcome to our unique Mid Mod home with original 60’s features, nestled in the mountain side with views of the valley and mountain village scenes. This is a home that was built and designed by my family back in 1961. When we moved in to it I had to do some minor updates to damaged areas but did as much as possible to keep it original and true to its iconic style. Here are some key features: Open floor plan, living room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom. Wabi-sabi and MCM furnishings. Wood panel walls. Exposed beams and vaulted wood ceiling. Large windows on all sides. Large yard with landscaping and treehouse play setup. Large tall evergreen front enclosure. Great for films, music videos, content, branding, bridals, etc. Some previous work: music videos, commercials, short films, branding, and personal photoshoots. New addition: Refreshed landscaping was inspired by Al fresco living areas of Europe, specifically Tuscany, with the trees serving as the key backdrop.
