Sympathetically updated and situated on an elevated position, it offers a lot of natural light and views across the Santa Monica mountains. A large bright deck sets an indoor/outdoor scene. An incredibly tranquil setting, succulents and drought tolerant plants and live oaks dot the landscape, whilst large natural boulders hug a sunken cedar hot tub with views across the canyon. Multiple doors open out from the wooden living area onto a sun drenched deck. Plenty of angles, interesting shapes to work with inside the house and out on the deck near the hot tub. Ambiguous location - could be anywhere. All bookings will require a certificate of insurance. Use of restroom for a crew of 15 or less is allowed. Crews over 20 must bring a portable restroom. A site rep fee applies to crews above 15 persons.
