Once you step behind the gate you are instantly transported to a rustic and peaceful oasis surrounded by fig trees, fauna and flora. Space: The cabin affectionately called "The Barn Studio" can be used for photos, content creation or as a personal or writer's retreat. It is completely solar powered and has outlets for charging your phone and connecting your speakers. Think of it as your very own private studio suite where you can unwind. The accompanying garden space can accommodate up to 30 people comfortably. It is equipped with a pallet bar, outdoor bathroom and kitchen area with a small sink and gas grill. There is also a 13 X 7 ft above ground pool with custom built seating surrounding it. The space is specifically designed for intimate events. Host a pop up, brunch, bridal/baby shower, dinner parties, garden wedding or any intimate affair in an idyllic country setting. Add Ons: -Use of the above ground pool is allowed with an additional $150 flat cleaning fee -Custom built height pallet tables can be rented for an additional fee *Custom standard square pallet table *Cocktail pallet table -Glassware for wine, margaritas and champagne can be rented as well -Gas for grill Neighborhood: Canarsie is mostly residential and known for a having a distinct suburban feel. It's peaceful and friendly nature bodes well with the space. There is ample free street parking. Alternate side rules are in effect 9:30 am-11:00 am Wednesdays and Fridays.
