Light filled intimate studio just outside a busy upscale town

Our south facing, bright crisp studio, is on the second floor of a business suite, just a mile away from restaurants, and vibrant modern coffee shops. About 450 sqft of space accomodates a moderately sized main studio, comprising a wall of built-ins and large windows, a large white wall with backdrops, a bed, an egg chair, two couch choices, and a custom-made 8x4 barn door. The walls are white, the ceilings are 9 feet high, and the floor is a light gray vinyl plank. There is a shared bathroom right down the stairs. Attached to the main studio is a small room with a kitchenette and a place to leave all of your belongings. It has a white desk and chairs for your convenience. They can also be used for branding sessions.
