I have a Classic Space with Unlimited Event Possibilities. My Space Features a Main Entrance and a Service Entrance next to the Garage. The Driveway allows for 4 cars to park comfortably. And we have plenty of Parking on our Street. Only the Downstairs is Available for Rent and it Features: 1 Formal Living Room 1 Family Living Room A separate Den outlooking the backyard 1 Formal Dinning Room next to the kitchen Large Kitchen Private Bar Large Backyard with a Pool and Spa with extra space to accommodate larger parties Our Hourly Rate is $350 per hour Ask about our "$250 Give Back Referral Incentive Fee' If you have questions about our Estate, we invite you to send us a message so that we can schedule you on our Calendar to meet & discuss any questions with one of our Team Members. We do have a Marriage Officiant/ Dj /Photographer /Videographer /REVO-SPIN 360 /Caterer/ Banquet Tables & Chairs etc..etc.. all On-Site for Additional costs for your convenience. PLEASE INQUIRE WITHIN FIRST about bringing in any of your OWN OUTSIDE VENDORS INTO OUR SPACE DUE TO ANY & ALL INSURANCE RESTRICTIONS. NO WEAPONS ALLOWED! ****Please be sure to include set-up and break-down hours in your overall rental timeframe**** PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS IF YOU WILL BE USING THE POOL! We clean our home daily and have the home professionally cleaned in between bookings. * WE DO Provide for your Convenience* : #1- Trash Bags for every bookings clean up. #2- Dispensary Hand Soap for Kitchen & Restrooms #3- Toilet Paper #4- Broom and a Mop #5-Ash trays if there is any smoking outside YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BRINGING YOUR OWN PAPER TOWELS AND CLEANING SUPPLIES!
