And we have plenty of Parking on the Street. Only the downstairs is available for rent and it features: 1 Formal Living Room 1 Family Living Room A Separate Den outlooking the backyard 1 Formal Dinning Room next to the kitchen Large Kitchen Private Bar Large backyard with a Pool and Spa Alot of extra space to accommodate Larger Parties Guests can also inquire about our all Inclusive Event Packages. Our Estate is $350.00 Per Hour If you have any questions about our Space, we invite you to send us a message so that we can schedule you on our Calendar to meet & discuss any questions you have with one of our Team Members. We have a Marriage Officiant/ Dj /Photographer /Videographer /REVO-SPIN 360 /Caterer/ Banquet Tables & Chairs all onsite for additional costs for your convenience. PLEASE INQUIRE WITHIN FIRST about bringing in any of your OWN OUTSIDE VENDORS INTO OUR SPACE DUE TO ANY & ALL INSURANCE RESTRICTIONS!
