Beautiful natural light studio for photos + intimate events. This studio is 700sq/ft located in Fairview, Or. right off the highway. Perfect for photographers, videographers, and creatives. Located in the east side of Portland, the studio is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy free parking and ground level access. Its a corner unit with 3 big windows that face south and east to offer the best light in the whole building, all day long. Safe and secure building. A private bathroom inside. Professional cleaning. Note: Studio is not soundproof. Airpods or lav mics work great for audio. Furniture: Lounge furniture including: Large cream couch Various benches Wood peacock chair Bluetooth speaker Plant 1 tall standing mirror Safety/Security Secure studio Daily hi-touch area cleaning common areas in space Pro cleaning of the studio with each half or full-day rental Small events you can bring in your own tables/chairs/decor. Loading in is on ground level so everything is easy to bring in. Photographers, wedding party photos, small events (birthday/bridal shower/baby shower) work well!

Studio is cleaned before each booking. There is cleaning supplies available as well in case. We take pride in have a good space for all renters!
