Our versatile space is the ideal backdrop for your next event! From team-buildings and off-sites to birthdays and holiday parties, we're perfect for any group size or occasion. Offering a full bar, professional light and sound, and room for up to 225 guests, our space is a flexible blank slate with all the modern features guests want. A busy piano bar on the weekends, our venue has many unique-to-us amenities that we can offer to our guests. Our stage is the centerpiece of the room, powered by our state-of-the-art entertainment lighting system and professional sound. If space is what you need, we've got that too--with tables & chairs included and plenty of additional standing room, our venue is the ideal location for events big or small: - Private Parties (a rockin sound system, space for all your friends and a full bar to quench their thirst) - Meetings & Presentations (tables and chairs & HD video screen with plug-and-play HDMI hookups) - Performances, Open Mics & Comedy (center stage with professional sound and lighting) AVAILABILITY: Venue is available for private events Sunday-Thursday, all day, year-round. Friday & Saturday daytime events accepted on a case-by-case basis. Unavailable Fridays and Saturdays after 6pm. VENUE AMENITIES: Your booking grants your group with exclusive use of our entire space, including: - On-site event host - Tables & Chairs for up to 170 Guests (additional standing room space available) - Large, flexible floor space that can be configured to suit the needs of your group. - Restrooms - Wi-Fi OTHER AMENITIES (see "Add-Ons" at checkout for pricing): Bartenders, servers and/or security personnel can be booked for an additional staffing fee. * BAR STAFF REQUIRED FOR EVENTS SERVING DRINKS OF ANY KIND* For an additional tech charge, you may book the use of: - Our massive HD video display for presentations, photo slide shows, etc. - Our professional sound system & microphones - Stage lighting *Please Note: Our video display is pictured in our listing, but since Peerspace requires business names to be blocked out it appears as a big black box! Happy to provide un-blocked photos of the screen upon request* FOOD & DRINK: Outside Catering is welcome, but please note that we do NOT have kitchen facilities on-site. Any food must be prepped off-site and arrive to our venue ready to stage & serve. We are happy to provide tables for service setup. Our venue does have a full-service bar along the back wall, but bar staffing is NOT included with base rentals and must be added on if drinks of any kind (alcoholic or otherwise) will be served. All beverages must be purchased from the bar. ENTERTAINMENT OPTIONS: Ever heard Metallica, Britney Spears or Eminem played on a grand piano? Our signature rock & roll dueling piano show is available as add-on entertainment for any event. YOU control the playlist as two of our talented musicians will play all your requests during a 2-hour show. If a high-energy performance isn’t quite the right fit, our players are also available to provide classical-style piano background music for lower-key events. Our show is guaranteed to be the highlight of any event– it’s the perfect way to bring people together, ensure everyone has a great time and give your event a unique, memorable edge!
