The property is expected to be left in acceptable condition with all trash properly bagged and neatly placed in the designated area outside. Boxes are to be broken down and neatly stacked. All equipment and personal items are the guests responsibility we are not responsible for items left behind and will dispose of accordingly. We will sanitize and fully clean after your departure along with washing of all linens and towels
