The space is great for a private party, a creative workshop, a meeting, a classroom, a team building event, bridal party, baby shower, or paint party. It's ideal for an intimate setting where you can use your creativity to truly make it your own. With wood ceilings, cream walls, and a neutral style, this space has a comforting vibe and provides a welcoming environment for your gathering. It's wood beams are perfect for hanging your custom decorations to personalize any event. Located in the heart of San Juan Capistrano, it has a view of the mission and you can hear the mission bells. It has close 5 freeway access and nearby restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, live music, the train station and the historic Los Rios District. There is a private bathroom downstairs, a kitchenette with a mini fridge and coffee maker off the main room for event set up and catering. The long table in the main room is actually two tables put together so they can be moved around as needed. You can customize your event by choosing a creative workshop experience in the Add-Ons section. The space features: - Entry room with an aqua mid-century style velvet sofa - Kitchenette with sink, mini fridge and coffee maker - Adjacent room ideal for serving food and drinks or as a prep station, or even work space. - Main room with wood ceilings. We maintain a clean space and do regular dusting, sweeping and cleaning. There is hand soap, warm water and paper towels in the kitchenette and the bathroom. Trash is emptied, dishes are cleaned and surfaces are wiped down regularly.
