Neighborhood details House is located about .5 miles from the Pacific Ocean. South Oceanside is a very trendy, surfy area full of families, cute restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. Logistics The house is a 3 bedroom 2 bath. The entire house is available for booking. The home has 1 dining table with a built-in banquette on one side and 2 dining chais on the other. There is also an outdoor dining table with 6 dining chairs which is located in a fully fenced backyard. There is both parking or public transportation nearby. There would be plenty of room for parking for a large group with several cars. The rate is $200 an hour, 8 hour min
