The stone pathways meander along the full 180 degree ocean view perimeter of the property. Cobblestone walls, statues and mature sprawling palm trees make the already pristine grounds warm and inviting. Upon entering the private gated compound you are greeted by a lovely Italian fountain complete with authentic Italian tiles. A wonderful place to begin your event. Then there is parking for 10 cars above on site and an additional 35 spaces may be rented directly below the property, in a safe private lot. The owners, brought with them from Italy the authentic Roman statues. For a small gathering of 20 people to a lavish 100 person wedding… This lovely estate can accommodate your needs. This property is the perfect backdrop for any type of event or film shoot. They shot several covers and campaigns on this location, such as Vogue Spain Cover story with Irina Shayk and Adriana Lima. Ferragamo shot their campaign at our location with Claudia Schiffer with iconic photographer Patrick DeMarchelier. Guess also has been one of our past client to rent this magnifique location for their campaign with model Emily DiDonato, as well as Gucci for their recent campaign. The history of this property go way back, when The Beach Boys were the tenants. Marlon Brando has been also a frequent visitor of the Villa in 90's. * UPDATE : Unfortunately, our villa was affected by the recent fire, and the house was destroyed. However, we are grateful that our beautiful garden, fountain, and pool area have remained untouched. This is where the bookings take place anyways in the outdoor areas. In the meantime, we are still accepting bookings and would love to host proposals, photo shoots, and other intimate events in the serene outdoor spaces.
