A 4400 sq ft studio on the top floor of a Victorian Textile factory just two miles from Leicester Train station. The space features a vaulted ceiling (min 3m height), original factory windows to the East and West with skylights above, original wooden flooring plus a fully equipped modern retro kitchen. The studio is curated with an array of mid century and post modern furniture from the likes of Marcel Breuer, Ettore Sostass, Arkana and more making this the perfect space for your brand's next styled shoot (video + photography), brand launch, event, wedding party or market. 3m x 2.4m flats available for set builds. Double access points provide a loading bay with large goods lift plus a separate crew entrance with stairs and a service lift, please note there are six steps at ground floor level before accessing this lift. The original wooden flooring runs throughout leading to a bare plaster wall at the far end of the studio. Floor to ceiling canvas curtains create a curated central section. Adjacent to this sits industrial white racking housing a selection of chairs, sofas, tables, lamps, rugs and more.. The back end of the studio is host to a fully equipped 1970s yellow formica kitchen that spans 6m in length with a bare plaster backsplash and modern white countertops. In addition to the main shooting area, there is a green room/hair and make-up space located off the reception plus an additional store room/changing facility at the far end. Please note that the main shooting area is not heated, the ceilings and floors are all in original condition. There is ample parking on site with no height restrictions, please book the number of spaces you require in advance. Someone is on hand throughout the shoot should any assistance be required with props. We provide hot drinks, still and sparkling water, plus fruit bowls and pastries on arrival for half and full day bookings only.
