Our luxury creative studio consists of 7000 sqft and offers guest a convenient west LA location that is proximate to LAX, the beach, Midcity, Weho, Beverly Hills, DTLA and the South Bay. The space is available for short and long-term engagements and can accomodate all levels of production. Our location is a favorite amongst brands, high-end talent, creators, youtube channels, musicians, artists, film/tv shows, fittings and more. The studio features one white cyc stage (35' x 30' x 15'), one green screen cyc stage (15' x 15' x 15'), as well as additional flex area for seamless set ups and backdrops. You can also drive a car right onto the stage too. Our space provides for a full kitchen (no oven), conference room, hair & makeup salon, green rooms, multi-media/podcast room, two private bathrooms, outdoor space and 10 on-site parking spaces (plus free all-day street parking, plus the ability to rent next door parking lot - as needed). The studio is also outfitted with dedicated power distro, high-speed internet, silent HVAC, car-accessible garage door entry and full grip/lighting/digital packages available for rental. NEED A VAN? - We have a fully-kitted G&E van that is available for rent to haul gear, move crafty, pick up art department supplies and more. PARKING SITUATION - 10 spaces + free all-day street parking up-and-down our dead-end, cul-de-sac street - Also option to rent overflow lots on our street for additional fee. Overflow lots can fit 50 cars and good for crew parking / base camp needs. AUDIO/SOUND SITUATION - Our space is quiet and calm. We are located at the end of a dead-end cul-de-sac which naturally prevents flow of thru traffic, and we also only have traffic on one side of the bldg (the LA river is on the other side) - We have successfully hosted video projects by Apple, the CW, ESPN, BET and more. - However, we DO NOT advertise as 100% soundproof GARAGE DOOR ACCESS - Our studio is accessible by garage door entry for easy load-in and load-out - Cars are able to drive onto the stage WHITE CYC AND GREEN SCREEN - Renters enjoy simultaneous access to both our white cyc (35' L x 30' W x 15' H) and our green cyc (15' L x 15' W x 15' H). - Each stage is freshly painted before/after every studio guest. - There is dedicated power distro to each stage. Each stage also is outfitted with a ceiling pipe grid above it. SCISSOR LIFT - If you will require grid access, please message us to coordinate scissor lift rental. SEAMLESS BACKDROP COLORS - Our studio maintains several on-site colored backdrops. - These backdrops are free for all studio guests to use. - If you would like a specific color ready for your shoot, please let us know and we'd be happy to source it for you. The cost of the color roll will be added back to your renter account. SMOKING / FOG MACHINE - Strict NO smoking inside the building - If your shoot requires the use of a fog machine / hazer, please inform us ahead of time OVERTIME FEE - OT is charged by the hour at 1.5x your base booking time (1.50x). - We'll do our best to accommodate all OT requests but cannot guarantee. - Remember your booking is your set up and clean up time. - Please make sure you are out by the end of your booking to avoid any additional fees. STUDIO SITE REP - Studio comes with dedicated on-site location rep - Site rep is free for first 12HRS of studio time and then $100/hr after - Site rep is not responsible for set up or break down of film/photo equipment PROJECTIONS / EVENT RENTALS / LIGHTING - If you are looking to secure event lighting, supplies, production, stage, AV, please let us know.
