Modern Community/Student Center and Office by CSUN

Events: the "events" package is available to groups of 150 or less. The rental includes the entire building. We are a newly renovated, modern community center located in Northridge CA (right next to CSUN). We have a lobby/reception area, a "student lounge," a small multipurpose space and a large multipurpose space. We also have office spaces and multiple outdoor spaces including two parking lots, a large and small patio, and grassy areas. Our large multipurpose space can hold 150 people with just chairs in theater style or just around 100 people with a seated table and chair set up. Events may not have loud music or other loud noises after 10. You will not be able to use the outside area after 10. We do not allow loud music to be played in outdoor spaces. November 2025 Update: We have replaced our HVAC system in our large social hall
