This allows you to take advantage of the space in ways that normal Airbnb cannot, such as parties or events. The listing prohibits parties during the stay. By booking hourly on PeerSpace you can host a gathering for a small group of friends or record amazing content for your business at a fraction of the cost for renting studios/large event spaces.
