OPEN FOR RENTALS 24 HOURS Our facility offers a variety of inside spaces that cater to a multitude of content creation, which include : Music videos, commercials, web influence for platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok and Youtube, photography, graphic design, marketing and overall brand identity. Our goal is to cater to our clients, and to truly capture content that is not only visually aesthetic, but that pushes their brand to the proper market for their niche.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. - Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. - Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. - Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva hasta 7 días antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso completo (incluidas todas las comisiones) del coste de su reserva. Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva entre 7 días y 24 horas antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso del 50 % (excluyendo las comisiones) del coste de su reserva.
