Downtown Casual Lounge with Natural Light

We are a full-service event venue that also has a restaurant/lounge that we operate to the public two night per week. Other days we are open as a wedding & special event venue. When you walk into the venue, you are greeted with vaulted ceilings and a grand staircase. To your left is a picture window looking into the Lounge (restaurant/bar area) equipped with couches, barrel chairs, and unique light fixtures. Adjacent to the Lounge is the Province Room. This is our smaller ballroom that has large industrial windows that overlook the Province Park. Also on the Main Level are our bridal suites. We have two suites connected by a kitchenette. One suite has comfortable lounge furniture, with large mirrors, vanity lighting, and beautiful floral mural on the main wall. The other suite is more dramatic with a brown leather couch and exposed brickwork. Upstairs is the Franklin Room, our largest ballroom. Three sides of the room have large industrial windows. The room is all hardwood with twinkle lights on all the posts and string lights draped over the center of the room. On the East side of the main level of the venue we have an outdoor patio that is half covered. We are a historic Garment Factory that opened in the 1920's and was restored in May of 2018. The updated design kept the original exposed brickwork, timber framing, and added replica industrial windows to pair with a new modern design. This provides the perfect backdrop for any décor!
