Our venue is a hybrid warehouse and lifestyle studio that can be used for any type of photography, videography, or content creation needs for your personal or business website, social media, print, or digital channels. The booking includes access to: - Warehouse + basic photo equipment - Upstairs and downstairs studios (2 spaces) - 2 restrooms Every detail of this space was carefully and thoughtfully designed to make the most picture-perfect, Instagram-worthy backdrop to bring your creative vision to life. The warehouse space is about 1,400 sqft with semi-gloss polished concrete floors and white painted walls. An attached mini kitchenette features a natural marble countertop, stainless steel sink, and filtered water spout for drinking. A roll-up garage door offers plenty of natural light, and ease of bringing in larger equipment like lighting, backdrops and props. Bluetooth-activated surround sound speakers and a video projector are available for use. Photo equipment we provide include - a 12" x 10" seamless backdrop stand, 2 V-flats, a constant light, reflectors, commercial rolling rack with hangers, and garment steamer. A rolling barn door opens into the two-story lifestyle photo studio. The two-story lifestyle photo studio is staged to feel like a cozy, 'lived-in' home or boutique hotel, designed with elevated, luxury, mid-century modern inspired furniture, eclectic decor, and fashion and art coffee table books. Beautiful natural light comes through the windows with semi-sheer linen curtains on both floors. The downstairs lobby is about 300 sqft, with contrast matte and glossy grey and beige marble tiles against neutral colored, Venetian plaster painted walls and arched doorways. A Restoration Hardware leather couch, wood framed floor length mirror, and vintage objects from Olive Atelier creates a welcoming, comfortable, organic atmosphere. The Mediterranean style restroom features a natural onyx sink, natural sliced pebble tile flooring, a vanity mirror and a floor length mirror, and dual ambient sconces and bright ceiling lighting, perfect for capturing beauty content. The upstairs loft space is about 500 sqft with herringbone woodlike plank floors and white painted walls, and features an oversized leaning floor mirror that perfectly reflects a large in-set arched bookshelf that can be merchandised with anything from accessories to books. A mini Marshall bluetooth speaker is available for use. An eclectic collection of mid-century modern furniture, including a Barcelona daybed, Morenco single sofa chair, Hans J Wegner style wood chair, and round glass table and two chairs, create a cozy and comfortable space that makes you feel right at home. The upstairs restroom has Calacatta marble floors, Zellige-like ceramic tiles that cover all four walls and beautiful seashell shaped pedestal sink with vintage-like gold fixtures to make for a more glamorous powder room experience.
