This “Gem” has many versatile uses such as : a quiet meeting for 1 on 1 in person meetings, Zoom meetings away from a busy home, temporary collaboration space, private therapy space, a quiet space to write a book, a book club meetup, and etc… {LAYOUT} ~ An Uncluttered Open Concept Studio Office when you enter!! {THE ENTRY} ~ A place to sit, to take off your shoes, and place the slippers on (or put booties over your shoes). A wall to hang your coat, umbrella, bag, and/or purse. {THE SITTING AREA} ~ Within this open space 2 leather chairs, an ottoman, and 2 nests tables. Perfect for a meeting, reading, writing, and resting. {FREE SPACE} ~ Bring your yoga/pilate mat, you have a space within this Studio Office to do an online session or personal session during your work day. {THE KITCHENETTE} ~ Just a couple steps ahead you have a small dining table with it’s dedicated chairs, to work on or eat on. All in this fully functional kitchenette space with surprised amenities. Our kitchenette has a 5-cup coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and the kitchen table seats 2 and expandable for more room. {THE WORK TABLE} ~ A dedicated table for your Tablet or Laptop to Zoom, to type, jot down some notes. You can also wirelessly charge your iPhone with the table lap. You won’t be sitting there for to long when you have room to move around. {THE BATHROOM} ~ A private bathroom tiled in white subway tiles and marble tile accents for a clean look for your personal use, attached to the workspace. {Location} ~ Our Home Office is in Crown Heights at the tip of Prospect Lefferts Gardens close to many attractions. After, before, or in between a long or short workday, you can easily walk to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, Prospect Park Zoo and The Brooklyn Museum. We are a train ride away from Coney Island, the Aquarium, Brighton Beach, City Point Brooklyn, Kings Theatre and Barclays Center. In the Spring through Fall there is Smorgasburg in Prospect Park and we are a bus ride away to The Brooklyn Children's Museum. We have plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood and are a 30-45 minute ride to many Manhattan attractions.
