Full use of furnished pool area and backyard, with private bathroom and shower (directly accessed from the pool and backyard) that can also be used as a changing room. There is no other house access. Private driveway parking next to pool and backyard. Bring your food and beverages, or order delivery from your favorite restaurant, and come stretch out and relax! Outdoor refrigerator/freezer available. Fold-out tables and chairs also available. Property and pool are professionally maintained, and pool was recently replastered. Conveniently located next to Santa Monica Blvd., just a few blocks from West Hollywood, Sunset Strip, Melrose Avenue, and Rodeo Drive. I will meet you when you arrive, briefly show you the property and then leave you to enjoy your time. Guests must sign a liability release.
