Secret Garden Home from 1930

A traditional 1930 Brick Georgian home that was built as a Summer house for a Richmond Doctor. There is an arched brick gate with a picket fence at the entrance and the exterior and property have a "Secret Garden" feel. We are located in the City of Richmond but because of the privacy the yard and wooded property provides, it feels like a more remote country home. The house is set back from the street but visible to our neighbors.  There are 3 entrance doors to the house, all accessible with keypad deadbolt locks. There are 3 bedrooms all upstairs, and on the first floor is the kitchen, dining room, butlers pantry, living room, office, and a central foyer with a curved staircase.  We have enjoyed our past film guests and love seeing all different kinds of projects come through. Our unique property and home has provided and interesting setting for commercials, short films, and independent projects.
