the space is located in the south bronx , an industrial area which is being rebuilt an updated the studio is on the second floor of the building . it includes 3 rooms the space can be used for professional music recording , music videos , small events , art , photoshoots , podcasts , album releases , pop up shops , merchandise , gaming & more the area is very convenient surrounded by transportation to the city , restaurants , smoke shops , clothing stores and more all 3 rooms / roof or whole floor is available for booking Monday - Sunday 11am - 12 midnight A ROOM - $60 per hr B ROOM - $50 per hr WHOLE FLOOR - $100 per hr ( chairs , tables , computers , music equipment , video camera and equipment ) can be used if needed street parking in the area
