Our Office is Located in Downtown San Jose, our room is great for meetings or professional events. We have very good soundproofing, quiet, comfortable and clean conference room. Depending on your number of people, there are multiple meeting rooms of different sizes for you to choose from. Our meeting rooms have a lot of loyal customers for several years, including the church weekly meetings and cardiopulmonary Resuscitation class provided by multiple medical institutions. The room is open seven days a week from 9:00 am - 10:00 pm. You can also come here 30 minutes before reservation for your preparation or if necessary, you can stay for an additional 20 minutes after the appointment time is over. Best Location (Very Easy to Find according to customer): -0.9 Miles to San Jose International Airport -0.1 mile to Gish Light Rail Station(901, 902, 914) -2.3 mile to Downtown San Jose -Close by Hwy 101, Hwy 880, and Hwy 680 What We Offer: - Tables, chairs, podium, whiteboard, projector, audio system, and high-speed wifi. - Sufficient free parking lots - Seats up to 26 people. - Shared restrooms within the building - Mailbox service - Security door with lock - Beautiful window view with plenty of natural light - Kitchen equipped with Microwave, dinner table, sink, fridge, and hot/iced water. - Someone always closes by for help * space is not wheelchair accessible. Hourly rate: Workday (Mon - Fri) $45 (min. 2 hrs) 15% off for 8+hours (8AM - 10PM) $90/hour after 10PM or before 8AM Weekend (Sat-Sun) $55/hour 15% off for 8+hours (8 AM - 10 PM) Weekly $1500/week Monthly $4500/month Perfect for: meeting, training. We clean and disinfect the toilets, kitchens, meeting rooms, etc. regularly every week, and all the staff has been vaccinated. We provide disposable gloves and disinfectants and ventilate the whole office regularly every day. The classroom will be disinfected every time after the tenant leaves.
