Group fitness facility with big open area (about 4,000 square feet) All flooring is rubber gym flooring with equipment against the walls and out of the way. There are climbing ropes and gymnastic rings hanging from the ceiling. It is a big rectangle shape area with a giant garage door that can open or shut. The lighting is LED and there is only one small skylight. This space could work well for anyone looking to throw a party, film/record a gym atmosphere, or hold a seminar/clinic of any type. Especially, health and fitness related.

We have a professional cleaning company that at a minimum thoroughly cleans the restrooms, floors, windows and surface areas twice per week. Additional cleanings between bookings will be scheduled.
