Available to hold small meetings, Video shoot, Photography alone time even family gatherings whatever you want to use it for. It’s all up to you. The neighborhood is small quiet. The parking is first come first serve and it has great outside views with a small balcony inside. The house comes with a speaker in a ring light but please clean after everything you guys do and just have a great time
