We transformed this intracoastal duplex from dated Golden Girls decor to a midcenturn modern 2 BR/1BA suite and a contemporary coastal 2 BR/1 BA suite. Sunrise Suite features custom grey epoxy floors, black and white quartz counters, and tasteful copper accents throughout the space. Sunset Suite features a green velvet banquette, sleek leather sectional, custom epoxy floors, and gold veined quartz counters. The black exterior is complemented by cedar doors and window accents along with updated gold light fixtures. The two distinct duplex Get lost in a beautiful, indulgent escape overlooking the bay with spectacular views. There's a seven person hot tub, dock, chaise loungers, and boat lift on Dolphin Bay. There's also a covered porch with a 10 foot custom u-shaped bar and built-in grill and Blackstone.
