Our venue is a hybrid warehouse and lifestyle studio that can be used for any type of photography, videography, or content creation needs for your personal or business website, social media, print, digital channels & beyond! This space was carefully and thoughtfully designed to make the most picture-perfect backdrop to bring your creative vision to life. The warehouse space is about 1,400 sqft with semi-gloss polished concrete floors and white painted walls. An attached mini kitchenette features a natural marble countertop, stainless steel sink, and filtered water spout for drinking. A roll-up garage door offers plenty of natural light, and ease of bringing in larger equipment like lighting, backdrops and props. Photo equipment we provide include - a 12" x 10" seamless backdrop stand, white paper backdrop roll, 2 V-flats, a constant light, reflectors, commercial rolling rack with hangers, and garment steamer. Bluetooth-activated surround sound speakers and a video projector are available for use. One restroom on the first floor through the rolling barn door is included. With this booking, usage of the front studio, upstairs studio and upstairs bathroom are prohibited. A usage fee will be added if you end up utilizing any space outside of the warehouse and downstairs restroom. :) We hope you love the space as much as we enjoyed the process of designing and decorating each room.
