Cutest little building in Historic Downtown Snohomish

This Gas Station is the perfect location to film a podcast, turn into an art gallery, photo shoot, office meeting, bridal shower, birthday party, weekend sale and more! The building is 420 square feet and features huge windows throughout giving it the perfect lighting for video and film. The building is supposedly the first gas station in the State of Washington and the interior has been recently updated to give it the perfect vintage vibe. There is a bathroom and tons of parking available. It is uniquely situated in Historic Downtown Snohomish giving it a great deal of visibility and foot traffic. Peerspace will only allow us to list the minimum number of hours for the week. However, please note that the minimum number of hours for Monday through Thursday are 3 hours at $50 per hour. Friday and Sunday, it's 6 hours at $50 per hour and 8 hours for Saturday at $50 per hour. Otherwise, you can book for less hours on Friday and Sunday at $75 per hour or $100 per hour on Saturday. In short, it's a minimum $400 to book on Saturday and $300 on Friday or Sunday.
