The property was formerly a coal mine & is built from mares (sandstone) blocks with a 25 meter high tower. The property comprises of a 15 x 5 meter vaulted living space/domestic kitchen/shower & toilet which was formerly the engine room for the mine cable winch. Additionally, outside the engine room are 2 outdoor patios; an outdoor living room & dining area and a large natural lawn (40x20 meters) The master bedroom suite is a rustic standalone building clad with corrugated iron sheeting, and features a freestanding bathtub & toilet. The property is bordered by a pine forest with large mature trees & farm land.
