Hollywood Coffee Shop

We just finished building a small coffee shop in Hollywood at Melrose & Western which we can rent for an affordably rate while we operate in the background. This listing is for the 400 sq ft cafe and outdoor tables/walk up area exterior. If you need us to not operate there must be a buy-out but if we can co-exist then happy to keep this affordable - be great to get credit so folks can come try our coffee! You’re welcome to shoot behind the bar, but we ask that you pay for any drinks that you make/spill/etc. on top of the rental fee. There is a transaction take-out window, grey stucco “Santa Barbara” finish walls, bar height cement tables outside and round tables inside, interior walls are tiled, floors cement, we have a wall of commercial sinks and lots of shelving with cups. Our barista bench has a La Marzocco espresso machine, knock box, two grinders, drip coffee machine, undercounter fridges, and a pastry display. Concrete floor have drains. The giant fixed window offers a great opportunity to shoot inside. We are called Shared Coffee, check us out on YELP. This is a ground floor (2 steps up) commercial building with residential upstairs. We have an ADA restroom as well as a residential bathroom. On the property we also have the following that can be rented separately: a small backyard, a turf balcony, residential kitchen, rooms of bunk beds, attic co-working space. Parking is NOT included. I do have a driveway that our tenants use. If you need to park 2-3 cars tandem then the cost will be $20 per day per car (non transferable). If you would like to setup a tour, let me know when during the hours of 730am and 4om works for you. NOTE: If you are a production company with a budget please contact me prior to discuss rate. This $50/hour option is meant for students and personal small projects for around 5 people. If you have a real crew, or an agency, or bigger project (you know who you are) I am going to see it on shoot date so please let's be honest with your location budget as I too have bills/risks for hosting.
