There is a chef's kitchen and multiple "walls-of-glass" that lead to two large patios with views of the bay. The layout include a flex room/space below as well as a fitness center. The main floor is an open concept living floor. The upper floor has extremely high ceilings the patio that extends off the upper floor has a breathtaking view of the bay. The property itself is new construction and built with modern, industrial touches. As it's adjacent to the beach there is an outdoor shower and the house floats above a quiet beach community.
