The Boop Factory is a rentable, 2000 square foot, video and photo studio with areas for both natural light and controlled light. The studio is set up with four distinct areas: a front lobby type area with a garage door that opens, a main area with large south facing windows, a side alcove with windows but limited light, and a large office with a bright skylight. Ideal for just about any creative production, from interviews and documentary shoots, to product demos, to stock footage, and lifestyle brands and creatives. The studio has two lounging spaces, with leather chairs, director’s chairs, and a leather couch. It also includes rollable white walls for backdrops and set creation, photo paper screens (green, white, and black), and office furniture. It’s equipped with a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, fridge, coffee grinder, coffee maker, and filtered hot and cold water dispenser.
