Our south and west-facing windows provide consistent, natural light throughout the day, creating the perfect ambiance for your next shoot or event. Available for hourly or daily rentals. The building has a Freight elevator and Loading Dock, and *MUST* be added to you booking if you are bringing: Large Equipment, Furniture, Carts / Wagons of Supplies, and Large Items. Advance notice and approval is required. Please note this can only be used by our staff and can only be accessed *during* the beginning (Load-in) or ending (Load Out) of your booking. Please select your booking length accordingly. There will be an extra charge for use of the freight elevator. *Please note that our staff cannot assist with any moving of any items or equipment.
