Tucked away in the heart of Garden Oaks, our beautifully designed 1,200 sq ft indoor studio offers a chic, elegant atmosphere with stylish, eye-catching furniture that sets the tone for unforgettable events. Whether you're planning a baby shower, birthday celebration, gender reveal, intimate wedding, photo or video shoot, podcast, or talk show, our versatile space is ready to bring your vision to life. Enjoy the added charm of private access to a serene 1,500 sq ft contemporary outdoor area perfect for mingling, relaxing, or extending your event under the open sky. We can’t wait to welcome you and help create a memorable experience in a space that blends sophistication with comfort. House Rules & Guidelines Welcome to Chateau 5135! We’re delighted to host your event and appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the beauty and integrity of our space. Please take a moment to review the following guidelines: SETUP & TEARDOWN If you are bringing in any equipment or rentals, they must be fully removed by the end of your booking. Setup and teardown time must be included within your reserved hours, as we may have events scheduled before or after yours. You are responsible for setting up and breaking down tables and chairs unless the setup service is requested in advance (see Add-Ons). DÉCOR & INSTALLATIONS To protect our property, please do not use screws, staples, nails, or any items that penetrate walls or surfaces. If tape or adhesive materials are used, they must be removed completely without damaging finishes. Any damage to the home or its contents will be billed directly to the guest. FURNITURE Furniture may be moved, but must be returned to its original location before the end of your event. LIABILITY We are not responsible for any injuries that may occur on the premises. All guests are encouraged to carry event or liability insurance prior to booking. ON-SITE MANAGER A venue manager will be available throughout your event and is happy to assist with any questions or needs during your rental. SAME-DAY TIME EXTENSIONS If you wish to extend your reservation during the event, any added time will be charged at 1.5x the regular hourly rate and is subject to availability. RESPONSIBILITY – IMPORTANT As the event host, you are responsible for all guests who enter the property during your rental. Please ensure everyone follows house rules and that the space is left in the same condition in which it was found. SETUP & TAKEDOWN TIME Please plan your setup and cleanup within your reserved time. If additional setup time is needed outside of your booking, a Pre-Event Setup Add-On is available (see below). Please note: there may be events before or after yours therefore this option may not be available. ADD-ONS (All add-ons must be arranged in advance) • Security Officer – $150 per officer (+$25/hour after 6 hours) • Pre-Event Setup Time – $150/hour (subject to availability) • Cleaning Fee – $125 • Table & Chair Setup Service – $150 • Table Linens (White or Black) – $50 • Chair Covers (White or Black) – $50 • Chafing Pans – $50 • Cake Stands – $25 • Glass Centerpieces – $50 • Gold Centerpieces – $100 • Gold Backdrop Stands – $25 • Charger Plates (Designer Gold, Plain Gold, Rose Gold, Silver) – $50 • Wine Glass Stand – $100 • Wine Glasses – $50 • Projector – $25 • Outdoor Propane Heaters – $150 Amenities Include: • On-site Parking • Restrooms • High-Speed Wi-Fi • Round Tables • Rectangular Tables • Cocktail Tables • Chairs • Flat-Screen TV • Bluetooth Speaker System All amenities are provided to ensure a comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped experience for you and your guests. We take the health of our guests very serious. Therefore, we hire professional cleaners to come out and deep clean the entire space after every event.

Política de cancelación

Estándar de 30 días
