Close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge and easy access to the national park or Gatlinburg. 3 master suites with bathrooms, 2 jet tubs + 1 bunkbed room w/ double bunks Main Level: *King bedroom w/ whirlpool tub, ensuite bath *1 Bunk bed room w/ 2 double beds. *Queen Sleeper sofa * Fully utensil, pot, pan stocked kitchen Upper Level * 2 ensuite bath/shower King bedrooms, 1 w/ whirlpool tub * Pool, foosball tables , tv , board games * Outdoor fire pit (We have 6 chairs) * Deck with 6 person hot tub , dining table, rockers, gas grill * 6 total TVs all with cable - cable TV in every bedroom, free xfinity movies * Bluetooth soundbar for TV or use with your phone for music * Fast 200mbps wifi for your favorite streaming services * Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, pots/pans, etc Community Outdoor POOL open during Spring/Summer, a short walk from the cabin. Typically open Memorial Day - Labor Day. We have no control over pool opening/closure. Picnic area open year round Linens and BATH towels are provided - you will need to bring your own towels to use at the pool. You have the cabin to yourself. Easy access year round through roads that are not steep! Available during regular hours via the airbnb app Located in Smoky cove, an upscale cabin community. Private and Quiet. This location provides easy, main road access to Pigeon Forge, The Island, and the back entrance to the GSMNP! ALL GUESTS MUST BE 25 years or older unless accompanied by a parent Early checkin and late checkout are not usually available, but if they are it is an additional $100 charge for each. The roads to access the cabin are main roads; not steep and are accessible year round by any vehicle. Pets are not allowed and you will lose your security deposit if it is discovered you brought a pet. The house is stocked with a starter supply of paper towel, TP, trash bags, soap. You should anticipate having to buy more. Zipocks, coffee, filters, oil, spices, etc are not provided. This is a non smoking cabin. If any smoke smell is discovered inside or there are cigarrette butts littered on the property you will be charged $300. Open flames outside of the fire pit including candles are not allowed under any circumstance. Chairs and fire wood are not provided for the fire pit. The community pool is generally open from the end of May to early September. Sometimes they open it earlier and keep it open later weather depending. We have no control over pool hours and closures.
