Downtown Glendale Unique Art and Creative Studio

Our space is a very unique, hidden art space. It's an art school at night and an open creative space in the mornings and weekends. The space is setup for art events, however, it works great for viewing events, music listening events, figure drawing sessions, photo shoot sessions, filming, small events, meetings, and personal private space. We have about 1,500 sq ft of usable space. Most items in the space can be moved if the event requires it. Some amenities include two TV screens, with display capabilities. A 300 inch movie screen, with Epson projector and laptop connection docks. Full surround sound speakers. A medium-size custom made stage for performances, posing, and photo shoots. A large bar with stools. A couch, two chairs, and a bean bag for sitting. Private curtains to close the front windows. Dimmable lights. Chalkboard and marker board for use. Tinted windows. There are also two Neewar studio lights available for use if needed. The space also has two bathrooms.
