Ventilation: Prior to cleaning, we ventilate the space by opening windows and doors to allow fresh air to circulate. 3. Remove Clutter: All clutter is cleared away to make the cleaning process more efficient. 4. Dust and Sweep: All surfaces are dusted, including shelves, tables, and décor. The floors are swept/vacuumed to remove dirt and debris. 5. Sanitization: All frequently-touched surfaces are wiped down with a disinfectant. This includes doorknobs, light switches, remote controls, and other high-touch areas. 6. Kitchen Cleaning: All kitchen appliances are cleaned along with countertops, and dishes. All dishes and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. 7. Bathroom Sanitization: All bathroom fixtures are cleaned and disinfected including sinks, toilets, and shower/tub surfaces. Essential items like toilet paper, soap, and hand sanitizer are restocked. 8. Floor Cleaning: The floors are mopped with an appropriate cleaning solution to ensure a clean and fresh surface. 9. Laundry: Linens, towels, and other washable items are replaced and washed according to manufacturer instructions. 10. Trash Removal: All trash bins are emptied and replaced with fresh liners. Trash is properly disposed of in designated bins or dumpsters. 11. Check for Maintenance Issues: During the cleaning process, we inspect for any maintenance or repair needs. We address any issues promptly. 12. Final Inspection: After cleaning, we perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything is in order, and the space is guest-ready.
